Since I haven't posted about this in awhile, you can assume it's not going well. But actually, I'm not sure how it's going, since our scale broke and it's just not important to me how much I weigh, as long as I'm making healthy choices. I think a lot of the time, we get caught up in the numbers when we really should be paying attention to the quality of the food we are eating.
So that's my new focus. I'm not caring much about calorie count or how much I weigh. What I'm paying attention to is whether or not I'm getting the right veggies, fruits, and other foods I need to stay healthy. I think that's going to be a better plan anyway.
